There are a lot of cast members known to be joining Spider-Man: Homecoming, but the actual roles that they will be playing are yet to be confirmed. What we have known up until now is that there are two villains, in addition to the large cast of high school students and what are likely teachers and parental figures. These two villains are rumored to be Michael Keaton as The Vulture and Tinkerer. Bokeem Woodbine was previously announced to be a villain in the movie, but his role was never stated.
However, according to Griffin Newman, an attendee at San Diego Comic-Con, it’s possible that the Spider-Man: Homecoming villain list looks to be growing by one and will also include Herman Schultz, aka the Shocker.
This toy panel just seemingly (accidentally?) confirmed that Vulture, Tinkerer, *and* Shocker are all in SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING. #SDCC2016

In the comics, Shocker has a long history with Spider-Man. A brilliant inventor, Schultz designed a pair of gauntlets that provide him with powers similar to Daisy in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. He can cause vibrations in the air that have power to push people, or objects, away. It is possible that Woodbine will be the actor in this role.
As we learn more about all things Spider-Man, we’ll bring them your way. Until then, what do you think of having The Vulture, Tinkerer, and Shocker all in Spider-Man: Homecoming?
