An open casting call posted on MovieCastingCall.org has seemingly confirmed that actresses Brie Larson and Karen Gillan will be appearing in Avengers: Infinity War, the third Avengers installment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
As the casting call reads, Larson is slated to make her first appearance as Carol Danvers while Gillan would be making her third appearance in the Marvel Cinematic Universe behind her two appearances in Guardians of the Galaxy and it’s sequel Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol. 2.
The casting includes most of the characters and cast members you’d expect such as Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, and Elizabeth Olsen. Also, as previously confirmed, the five cast members that form the Guardians of the Galaxy appear on casting call.
Of note, Tom Holland‘s Peter Parker/Spider-Man and Evangeline Lilly‘s Hope Van Dyne/The Wasp are absent from the casting call. Josh Brolin‘s Thanos is the only villain listed on the casting call.

Filming for Avengers: Infinity War and its yet-to-be-named sequel is set to start next month. Infinity War is slated for release on May 4, 2018, while the fourth Avengers film will premiere on May 3, 2019.
