As the month of August winds down, the weather gets cooler, pumpkin spice lattes are on the horizon, and Marvel’s Luke Cage inches closer and closer to its September 30th debut. With excitement for the Netflix series continuing to grow, showrunner Cheo Hodari Coker has been tweeting out the episode titles to sate fans curiosity.
Named after songs by the hip-hop group, Gang Starr, Coker had previously revealed these ten titles, “Moment of Truth” (episode one) “Code of the Streets” (episode two), “Who’s Gonna Take the Weight?” (episode three), “Step In The Arena” (episode four), “Just To Get A Rep” (episode five), “Suckas Need Bodyguards” (episode six) “Manifest” (episode seven), and “Blowin’ Up The Spot” (episode eight), “DWYCK” (episode nine), and “Take it Personal” (episode ten). Now Coker has revealed another title, this one for the eleventh episode.
ELEVEN: Now You’re Mine

“Now You’re Mine”, what exactly this title could mean is anyone’s guess. But if I were a betting man, I’d wager that this episode probably has some awesome Luke Cage thug-kicking action, to say the least. We have two more titles left to be revealed, so keep a look out. The Hero of Harlem’s series will be here before we know it.
Luke Cage, which stars Mike Colter as the titular character, is executive produced by Coker. It also stars Simone Missick as Misty Knight, Mahershala Ali as Cornell Stokes/Cottonmouth, Theo Rossi as Shades Alvarez, Alfre Woodard as Mariah Dillard, and Frank Whaley as Detective Scarfe.
