Yesterday, Entertainment Weekly revealed that both James D’Arcy (Edwin Jarvis) and Enver Gjokaj (Agent Daniel Sousa) have signed on as season regulars for the second season of Agent Carter. Today, they’ve revealed the SDCC poster for the second season, as well as a few new details about Peggy’s move to Los Angeles.

Tara Butters, who is an executive producer on the show, told EW that by moving the show from New York to California, it provided a “new look” for the series.

“In Los Angeles, you have the spectacular wealth, glamour and beauty right next to the grit and crime—often right up against each other,” Fazekas adds. “We’re very much being inspired by Noir films.”

As for how Jarvis will fit into season two, given that Peggy’s case from season one is complete, Michele Fazekas, who is also an executive producer on the show, told EW that they’ve found an “organic” way to include him in the second season.

“She’s not working for Howard in this regard,” Fazekas says, noting that Peggy has a level of respect now from her co-workers after the events of season 1. “The nice thing about Peggy this season is she’s not having to hide her agenda from the SSR. [Jarvis] is helping her out, just in a different way.” Unfortunately, Jarvis is not a fan of Los Angeles. “He hates California,” Fazekas says. “He hates palm trees. He does not stop wearing a wool suit.”

If you’ll be attending SDCC this year, you will be able to grab a copy of the Agent Carter poster shown above by heading over to Marvel booth (#2339) – and yes, the poster is free.

Agent Carter season two will air during the mid-season break on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.‘s third season later this year.
