Although Marvel failed to secure any Golden Globe nominations, they did manage to land a nomination for “Outstanding Action Performance by a Stunt Ensemble” courtesy of the Screen Actors Guild Awards for their first Netflix series, Daredevil. A much deserved nomination going off the hallway fight in the second episode alone.

Still, many felt that Krysten Ritter and Jessica Jones were snubbed, having received zero nominations from either the Golden Globes or the Screen Actors Guild Awards. Well, it looks as though that wrong has been corrected as Ritter was nominated for her work in Jessica Jones by the Critics’ Choice Awards this morning!

And Ritter isn’t the only Marvel actor to receive a nomination! Paul Rudd was also nominated for his portrayal of Scott Lang in the summer hit, Ant-Man.

Be sure to tune into the Critics’ Choice Awards on January 17th at 8 PM EST on A&E to see if either Ritter or Rudd manage to take an award home!

The entire first season of Jessica Jones is available to stream on Netflix now, while Ant-Man is officially available on both DVD & Blu-Ray!
