This upcoming Tuesday’s episode of Agent Carter will bring us to the midway point on the show’s second season, which means that, in a little over a month, Agent Carter will be fighting for a third season renewal, while Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. will be returning to Tuesday nights to finish off the remainder of its third season. And when it returns, it’ll be doing so with more Inhumans.

Thanks to the synopsis reveal from the folks over at Entertainment Weekly (which you can read below), we know that the show will be introducing more Inhumans in the mid-season premiere, although it doesn’t go on to name any specific Inhumans. Could the reports of actress Natalia Cordova-Buckley joining the cast as Yo Yo Rodriguez aka Slingshot prove to be true, and could she debut as early as the mid-season premiere? While it’s more than likely we won’t know more about Cordova-Buckley’s potential casting until closer to the March 8th return of S.H.I.E.L.D., it’s exciting to think of what type of Inhumans the show will be debuting in the second half of its third season, as well as seeing who – if any – stick around to join Daisy’s team of Secret Warriors.

Here’s the synopsis per Entertainment Weekly for episode eleven, titled “Bouncing Back”:

“In the aftermath of his trip to Maveth, Coulson is more determined than ever to get to Gideon Malick and put an end to Hydra once and for all. Daisy and the team encounter more Inhumans who have powers like they’ve never seen before, but will they be friends or enemies of S.H.I.E.L.D.?”

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. returns to ABC on Tuesday, March 8th at 9 PM EST. And as always, for all things S.H.I.E.L.D., be sure to follow along here.
