Filming for Spider-Man: Homecoming is still in full swing and following a set of alleged images showing off a rumored villain, new shots have come out of the set showing Tom Holland along with co-stars Jacob Batalon and Tyne Daly. The images appear to show the characters outside of school, with Daly presumably appearing as a teacher at Peter Parker’s high school, Midtown High.
It was previously revealed that Batalon would be playing Ned Leeds. For those unfamiliar with Leeds, he is a reporter who works for The Daily Bugle who is the same age as Peter. In the comics, this is when Peter is older, but since Homecoming is taking place while he is in high school, it’s possible Marvel has bigger plans for the character in the future. Tyne Daly’s role, on the other hand, was never announced.
Spider-Man: Homecoming is set to hit the big screen on July 7th, 2017.
