Marvel Studios has been making a big push over the last few years to get the biggest names in cinema to join their universe. They have been pretty successful in achieving that goal by recently casting Cate Blanchett and Jeff Goldblum in Thor: Ragnarok, or Michael Keaton in Spider-Man: Homecoming, or the most recent rumor of Brie Larson as Carol Danvers. All of these actors are household names due to the movies they have been in in the past or what they currently do, but one other actresses broke the news that she has apparently joined the MCU as well.

Last month, Sharon Stone revealed that she has a wee role in an upcoming, but not specified, Marvel movie. A lot of people wanted her to have a reunion with Michael Douglas and play Janet Van Dyne, but just as I thought, that does not appear to be the case. However, her mystery character apparently has superpowers, which means she won’t that minor of a character. The AARP recently did a profile of Stone and revealed some new information.

Stone has been cast as a superhero — she’ll only reveal that her secret power is heat — in a yet-to-be-named movie, also for Marvel.

This means that she will not be a school teacher or anything else regular, and with us not knowing what movie she will be in makes it a tad harder to guess what role this could be. One idea we have is Nikki Gold, the 31st century member of the Guardians, but eventually finds her way to the present day. If she was Gold and a part of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, she would have already filmed her part for the movie and likely would be able to tell people that she is in it. That is our best theory, but tell us who you think Stone could be playing and in what movie in the comments below!
