Doctor Strange is, undoubtedly, going to be one of the most unique additions to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Slated to add magic and alternate dimensions to the universe, it was of the utmost importance that the director got the character right, as Strange may just change the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe forever.

At an event called Fan Expo Canada, Stan Lee himself stated that he believes that Derrickson got Doctor Strange right. Sigh of relief Lee also admitted, however, that he was a bit disappointed at not having been cast as the doctor, as he thinks he’s strange enough to pull off the role.
