It would be great to see both Palicki and Nick Blood return, especially if Coulson is leaving the show. They still have the entire Most Wanted concept that never got off the air back when it was pitched to ABC. There is a chance they might integrate it into the show and use the unaired pilot episode in the upcoming season. Also, there is the mystery of how the film will include what happened during Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame. The invasion from Thanos’ children was hinted at during the last season finale but they timed it just right to end it before the snap happened. As of now, we do not know how it will affect the show moving forward, especially after it already was renewed for a seventh season. At this point, SHIELD could go any direction with the show, as it has proven its flexibility in storytelling after travelling to the future, reinventing HYDRA and fighting the Ghost Rider.
