Following the explosive sixth episode of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’s fourth season, titled “The Good Samaritan”, which saw the Marvel Cinematic Universe present its own unique take on Ghost Rider’s origin story, Marvel and ABC have released the full synopsis for the upcoming seventh episode titled “Deals With Our Devils”. Unfortunately, for those hoping to learn more about what happened to Coulson (Clark Gregg), Fitz (Iain De Caestecker), and Robbie Reyes (Gabriel Luna) following the ending of episode six, it appears you’ll have a bit of a wait as the next episode will not air until the 29th of this month.
The synopsis, which you can read in full below, teases the possibility of danger for Coulson, Fitz, and Reyes, and surprisingly, not much else. On the plus side, the episode was directed by Jesse Bocho, who directed the fantastic Jemma-centric “4,722 Hours” episode from season three.
