Deadline has just announced that actor Andrew Howard has joined the third season of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. as Banks, an authoritative and intimidating agent. According to Deadline, the role will be a major recurring role on the show. No further details have been provided at this time, although Marvel should confirm his casting relatively soon.
The third season of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. started production last week, and is set to hit ABC on September 29th. Fans can currently stream both season one and season two on Netflix, with the DVD and Blu-Ray release of season two set for September 18th.
