Not even close to finishing its groundbreaking theatrical run, Marvel has already set a home release date for Avengers: Infinity War. If you’re dying to watch Thanos ruin the lives of our favorite heroes, in crisp definition in the comfort of your own home, then you better set your calendars to July!

No word yet on what kind of special features we’ll be getting once they roll out physical Blu-Ray copies but I’m hoping the deleted scenes are aplenty. The Russos and screenwriters Markus and McFeely have previously hinted at several scenes that didn’t make the cut so fingers crossed we see most of them.
Having noticed all the glaring pace issues in the five times I watched it, Avengers: Infinity War will prove to be a film worth exercising one’s editing skills on. I stated in my review the structural issues I have with the film. It will be interesting to see how much the film’s ebb and flow changes when you jumble the pieces and remove some altogether. Plus it will get me started on the inevitable Road to Avengers 4 video.
