Avengers: Endgame gave us a lot of new team-ups that open up new possibilities for the future of the MCU. The last few film shave generally focused more on adventures that had multiple MCU characters interacting with each other like Spider-Man: Homecoming and Thor: Ragnarok. It looks like one new fandom may be getting their wish, as the Captain Marvel producer Mary Livanos alongside comic book writer Kelly Sue DeConnick teased a development in future films between Brie Larson‘s Carol Danvers and Tessa Thompson‘s Valkyrie.

“And then, of course, there’s the Brie Tessa Thompson love going on online which is fun to see. It’s so charming and so fun to see the actor’s themselves get excited about the potential mashup so that as a creative makes you start thinking.”

The fandom around these two is actually something that has gotten a lot of tracking even before the release of Endgame online. Even both actresses got in on the fun after Larson retweeted a drawing on Twitter back in March. They did not share many moments in the film but enough to get some people hoping for more interactions in the future.

There have been hints at the potential development of an all-female Avengers film. A-Force has become a popular run in the comics so there is a lot of potentials to explore their relationship. The biggest question is how they would get them together. Valkyrie is busy leading New Asgard as their new queen while Thor is off with the Guardians and Captain Marvel might be patrolling space. Perhaps they will intertwine the stories of Danvers helping out the Asgardians find a new home in space rather than staying on earth. They could also join forces to chase down Thor, who might get into some kind of trouble again.

Would you be interested in seeing more of them together on screen?
