Marvel’s Helstrom is already deep in production for its debut season in Hulu. In the past weeks, we’ve learned that several directors have already joined the fray with the likes of Daina Reid and Michael Offer directing an episode or two. And now, a new report from HN Entertainment revealed that a new director is set to join them in the form of Amanda Row.

Row is no stranger to the Marvel TV universe as she also directed an episode of the recently cancelled Marvel’s Cloak and Dagger series from Freeform. Row’s other works include Nancy Drew, Siren, and Shadowhunters: The Mortal Instruments. Row joins Reid and Offer as directors of the Hulu series that have experience working with Marvel under their belt.

With the recent developments in the Marvel TV Division where Kevin Feige is set to take over the reigns from Jeph Loeb, it is still a mystery if the Tom Austen-led Helstrom series will be a one-off or if the story will span in multiple seasons since the series is already deep in production when the announcement happened. I guess we just have to wait and see when the series premieres sometime next year.
