If Black Panther and Avengers: Infinity War cemented the year 2018 for the MCU as its biggest year ever, Iron Fist Season 2 and Daredevil Season 3 may do the same for Marvel Television because Jeph Loeb just confirmed that Danny Rand’s sophomore season will indeed premiere this year, making it the first time 4 Marvel-Netflix shows premiered in one year.

Can Iron Fist get his suit?

You’ll be very happy with Season 2 coming this year!

This is massive news. We’ve been guessing for the longest time where Iron Fist Season 2 could fit in the schedule, with it finishing so early and Daredevil Season 3 not having a release date yet. With rumors of a shorter and overall improved season, Marvel and Netflix must be super excited to get this show out. If we had to guess, September seems like the prime date for ‘ol Mattie to rear his horns and December is when we’ll get to see Danny Rand, the Immortal Iron Fist, Protector of K’un L’un, sworn enemy of the Hand, return to our screens.
