This week was supposed to be a big one for us MCU fans. Disney+ is about to launch in Europe sometime this month so the House of Mouse thought it smart to precede the launch with a big press presentation this Friday that would have entailed the unveiling of more information regarding the MCU shows on the service. Well, it looks like we’ll have to wait a bit longer as the event has been canceled due to the coronavirus scare in Europe. According to THR, the presentation will be just streamed to the press next week.
Cases of the coronavirus are getting worse worldwide so much so that plots are being rewritten. It was reported recently by our friend Charles Murphy that The Falcon and the Winter Soldier would undergo rewrites and reshoots regarding a subplot involving a biological terrorist attack. Hopefully, the presentation for next week doesn’t change and that we get all the announcements we’ve been waiting for.
