The Falcon and the Winter Soldier was never going to be the big mystery puzzle box show that WandaVision was. While the show will likely have its fair share of surprises, it’s pretty safe to assess where the show will lead us as far as Sam Wilson’s career as a superhero. Case in point, this new leaked image of his official Captain America look.
This costume is almost a 1:1 interpretation of his Cap costume in the comics. So far the plot of the Disney + series has alluded to Sam taking over the mantle after Steve Rogers’ retirement. This new look, along with Caps accompanying shield, is concrete evidence of the eventual suiting Sam will do once he officially steps in as the new Captain America. Legacies aside, the look is a fresh one for Sam and stands out spectacularly against his history of predominantly red and metallic suits in the MCU.
