“I hope they remember you.”

Avengers: Infinity War will be remembered for a whole lot of things in the coming years: it’s jaw-dropping ending, Thanos as one of the best superhero villains ever, its deftness in crossing over multiple heroes, and it’s record-setting impact in the cinematic box-office history. The reports are finally in. Avengers: Infinity War has officially taken the #1 spot in domestic box-office earnings, making an estimated $250M taking the place of the undisputed champion Star Wars: The Force Awakens. On top of that feat, Avengers: Infinity War has also set the record for the biggest goddamn opening worldwide, raking in a whopping $630M in less than a week without China.

HOLY SHIT.

Just as unstoppable Thanos was in the film, Avengers: Infinity War is absolutely going to dominate the rest of the world in the coming weeks. It’ll only be a couple of days until the film joins the Billion Dollar club. I’m hoping that the film finally dethrones of the two James Cameron films in the list of highest grossing films of all time. Stay tuned here for more box-office reports!
