With all of the talk and rumors swirling of a Black Widow solo movie, it’s easy to forget about some of the other women of the MCU that deserve their own flick. We saw Peggy Carter get a couple of seasons of her own television show, and we’re anticipating Wasp to share a film with Ant-Man, as well as for Carol Danvers (Brie Larson) to take center stage in Captain Marvel.
With some promising projects on the horizon, it’s easy to forget about the women that we’ve already met that could use the solo treatment; women like Nebula (Karen Gillan) of Guardians of the Galaxy.
Nebula was a character central to the plot of Guardians, and may even boast a larger role in its 2017 sequel, but what about a solo movie? We aren’t the only ones who have caught on the idea, however. It seems that Guardians director James Gunn has a few thoughts on the subject as well:
I have a few favorites myself, but I agree that Nebula should lead her own film – it’s something I’ve thought about from the beginning. https://t.co/lyPAA6Hyxw

While a Nebula movie may be fun to contemplate, it’ll be a long time before that idea is ever even given any attention by the studio. Would you watch a Nebula solo film? Sound off in the comments!
