Avengers: Endgame felt like the end of an era. That isn’t the only Marvel era that is coming to an end in 2019. It feels like yesterday when the last two Marvel shows have been canceled. After the release of The Punisher’s second season, we have been waiting for any sign of life from these series. Jessica Jones was the last show to get a renewal and we were waiting for an announcement for its final season. Finally, we get a sign of life from the last Netflix show as Netflix released a brief teaser for the final season. It only gives us a very vague quote that may hint at the story arc. We still know very little about what the future has in store for the Defenders. Even the teaser does not offer much to give us any insight into what we can expect from the upcoming season. The text certainly points to someone facing an untimely death or that Jessica may face the consequences of her actions from the last season. Hopefully, we also get the return of the Purple Man who haunted her briefly throughout an episode in the second season. It also looks like this might be her roughest experience yet.
