We’re currently looking to expand our team and are in need of a few more writers to help cover as news breaks. Additionally we’d also like to add more video editors to help assist with our growing YouTube channel. Our team primarily operates on Slack so familiarity with the service or willingness to familiarize yourself with the service is a big plus.
For those interested in applying for the news writer position, here are the basics of what you need to know.

You must have writing samples on hand to present.

You need to be able to help out at least a few times a week.

You should preferably be available during the day when news breaks (12pm-6pm EST)
Those looking to apply for the video editor positions, here’s the quick run down.

We’re looking for someone to focus on the MCU Profiles videos. If you’re not familiar with those, you can check out our most recent one by heading over here. Ideally, we’d like to have one ready to go every other week.

We’re also looking for someone to help make quick cut news videos.
These are, for the time being, non-paying gigs.
