We’re just a month away from the release of Ant-Man and the Wasp on July 6th and the marketing seems to be in full effect with TV spots releasing every other day now – this one focusing on Luis and his antics with the team.

What’s interesting, and perhaps concerning for some, is that we still haven’t seen much of Michelle Pfeiffer as Janet van Dyne, the original Wasp and mother to Hope van Dyne, played by Evangeline Lilly. Hope saying that they have unleashed something “powerful” (likely from the Quantum Realm) seems like misdirection. Obviously, we’re meant to think that she’s talking about the movie’s antagonist, Ghost, played by Hannah John-Kamen, but this isn’t the first time Marvel Studios has used misdirection to fool the audience and protect any plot twists or surprises. She could be referring to Janet who has possibly gone insane like Darren Cross did in Ant-Man due to long-term exposure to Pym Particles, but I hope this isn’t the case.

So, what do you think is really going on? Do you want Luis to get his own suit? Will Scott eat someone?
