With Marvel and Netflix kicking off production on Iron Fist last month, we figured that Luke Cage had wrapped production. Over the course of filming, there have been plenty of set photos that were revealed online. In a somewhat surprising turn of events, some brand new set photos were released online and they feature Luke Cage (Mike Colter) going up against a previously unannounced villain.
The images posted by First Look show Luke fighting Diamondback aka Willis Stryker. Since Stryker’s involvement was not yet revealed or confirmed, the image descriptions and the actor’s IMDB page show that Erik LaRay Harvey has been cast in the role. As you will be able to see in the following photos, they have changed the look of the character a bit and seem to give him more of a technological power source. Check out the two men fighting below!
It’s unclear when these photos were actually taken, but it appears that Luke is wearing the same clothes as he was in the last batch of set photos and in a similar setting.
