According to the German website Bild, Mark Ruffalo is currently on set for Captain America: Civil War in Berlin. The report mentions that Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Anthony Mackie and Daniel Brühl are all shooting the the third part of the film which has recently moved from Atlanta’s Pinewood Studios to the German city.
Ruffalo has been fairly coy about appearing in the 3rd Captain America film, but has done nothing to silence any of the speculation, even going so far as saying “If Robert Downey, Jr. says I’m in Captain America, I’m in Captain America, dammit.”.
This news doesn’t come as a complete shock to us since we dropped an exclusive scoop in June that reported that not only would William Hurt’s General Thunderbolt Ross undergo a transformation into the Red Hulk, but that he would be facing off against Bruce Banner/Hulk. It seems logical to surmise that IF the Red Hulk information is factual, then that would be a damn good reason for Banner/Hulk to come out of hiding.
