As filming continues on the third Thor film, Thor: Ragnarok, in Australia, the cast has continued to tease the project. However, none of the cast has been as open as Mark Ruffalo, who has been teasing the project long before filming actually began earlier this month. In fact, it was Ruffalo that confirmed Cate Blanchett long before Marvel ever did, and it was also Ruffalo that confirmed the Hulk’s appearance in Ragnarok after the trades announced it. So it isn’t entirely surprising that the actor has remained open regarding the film. After sharing three behind the scenes videos from the set of Ragnarok, Ruffalo opened up during a recent interview on the 90.9 Sea FM’s Galey and Charli radio show, teasing a scene with his character and Valkyrie (Tessa Thompson).
“I’m shooting a scene where I’m playing Hulk today with Chris Hemsworth,” he said. “And it’s a moment where he’s talking to Valkyrie asking her to join him.”
Thompson has also been sharing multiple pieces of fan art on her Instagram page. The actress officially began filming on the project earlier this week.
Thor: Ragnarok, which will be directed by Taika Waititi, stars Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Tom Hiddleston as Loki, Cate Blanchett as Hela, Tessa Thompson as Valkyrie, and Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner/Hulk. Also appearing in the film are Jeff Goldblum as the Grandmaster, Karl Urban as Surge, Idris Elba as Heimdall, and Anthony Hopkins as Odin. Ragnarok will hit movie theaters on November 3rd, 2017. Until then, you can follow along here for any and all updates concerning the movie.
