Marvel Studios is always looking to the future, and the depth of characters that they have at their disposal is never ending. Whenever MCU Head Kevin Feige is in the spotlight, people inevitably ask about some of these characters that we may one day see. Even James Gunn recently had to squash rumors of a Howard the Duck movie in development. But one question that came up on this press tour wasn’t met with an immediate “No.”

In an interview with Hey U Guys, Feige was asked about Captain Marvel, an older character in Marvel Comics, which we have previously theorized would fit very well with the MCU, if not even help lead into the introduction of Blade. While Feige usually dances around topics like this, he was unusually positive about the possibility for Brian Braddock to show up.

“We have discussed it. There are a lot of actors that come in and ask about that part, so we’ll have to see…”

Recently, Stan Lee mentioned that there may be one or more new characters in Avengers: Infinity War. Fans assumed that Lee was talking about Captain Marvel, who will be joining the MCU soon in her own stand-alone film. However, it’s possible that Marvel could be planning to bring Braddock into the MCU, surprising fans with the introduction of Captain Britain.

Do you think Captain Britain should be in the movie side of the MCU? Or would his character be more suited to a television show? Give us your thoughts, in the comments!
