Remember how I told you guys July would be a monumental month from yesterday’s Avengers: Infinity War panel announcement in this Saturday’s D23 Expo? Well, with San Diego Comic-Con (aka the mecca for all things geek culture) just a week after that, things will inevitably get crazier for us MCU fans. Along with Marvel TV’s Hall H panel for The Defenders, Marvel Studios will be bringing their upcoming slate of films to Comic-Con’s center stage. And guess what? Their panel will be their longest yet at 90 minutes! The news comes from io9 film reporter Germain Lussier, who took to Twitter yesterday to reveal this cool nugget.

In addition to confirming the panel length, Lussier also shared some rumblings he’s heard about what exactly will be presented.

With their D23 Expo Infinity War panel sure to rock our socks off in the days after, it’ll be interesting to see if Marvel presents the same thing in SDCC or if they’ll present something else entirely. Absolute best-case scenario is if they show footage from Infinity War. But if they went a different route, a full cast announcement for Ant-Man & the Wasp is super likely, similar to what they did last year for Black Panther. Maybe a new Thor: Ragnarok trailer and poster as well. The celebration thing is a bit unusual, considering their 10-year anniversary is still next year. I’ve seen people mention a celebration of Marvel Studios’ 10th year in Comic-Con, so it could be that. Regardless of what ends up being shown, their panel is a thing you can’t miss so make sure to stay tuned here for updates!
