Doctor Strange

With the United States premiere of Doctor Strange just under three weeks away, the marketing and public relations teams over at Marvel Studios are jumping into overdrive. Cast and crew members of the film have been busy the past week hosting several press junkets and even introducing some sneak peek footage at an IMAX 3D event earlier this week. You can see our review of that footage here.

Iron Fist

Last week, we covered the release date for Iron Fist. As the filming has wrapped on the next Marvel property we’ll see on Netflix, the project is on its way into the post-production and editing process. Iron Fist had a big presence at this year’s NYCC, which included a panel and NYCC-exclusive posters and comics.

The Punisher

Marvel TV surprised us a bit when we found out The Punisher had begun filming before The Defenders, leading us to believe that we’ll be seeing three new MCU Netflix shows introduced next year on the streaming platform. During Jon Bernthal’s panel at NYCC, he said that he thought The Punisher could take down Batman in a fight. His entire response on the subject can be seen below. Who do you think would win in a fight between The Punisher and Batman? Let me know in the comments below!

Luke Cage

Luke Cage, the show that broke Netflix, has been out for a few weeks now so Mike Colter, Simone Missick, Cheo Coker and company are probably spending some much needed time off. Colter and Missick will be able to rest for a bit, only to begin filming The Defenders here in a few weeks.

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

We’re three episodes into the fourth season of Agent’s of S.H.I.E.L.D., and the show is definitely working its way to a Doctor Strange tie-in. During a break in filming, here’s a picture actress Chloe Bennett posted to her Instagram page. She’s probably taking a break to catch up on the latest MCU news courtesy of MCUExchange, right?

The first Spider-Man film set within the MCU wrapped filming weeks back and it’s now headed into post-production. Spider-Man: Homecoming director Jon Watts appears to be pretty excited to begin editing the film, as you can see by his Instagram post below.
