The return of Frank Castle may be sooner than we all thought. Netflix has just released their upcoming release slate for January of the next year and the second season of Punisher was included on that list. No specific date was given but at least we’ve got the last of two offerings from Marvel on Netflix to look forward to in just a month.
It’s gonna be weird watching Punisher, which I assume concludes open-endedly this season, knowing that it may be Jon Bernthal‘s last stint as Frank Castle, one of the biggest casualties of this whole Marvel-Netflix mess. The same thing will be said for Jessica Jones come its premiere. We can only hope that this final stretch of Marvel shows on Netflix ends on its highest note.
