Alias Investigations is back in business? It sure seems like it. Following weeks of almost non-stop news and speculation, notable scooper Daniel RPK shared a rumor last night saying that Marvel Studios may once be again pulling from the Netflix side of production. According to him, we may be on the verge of seeing Krysten Ritter make a full reprisal as Jessica Jones in the upcoming She-Hulk series. We last saw Jessica in her own show before it was canceled along with the rest of The Defenders after the absorption of Marvel Television into Marvel Studios. Many fans where left shocked especially as it seemed most of these series were just beginning to get their feet firm in the ground.

While the news could be taken lightly given its context, this comes only weeks after the internet-breaking news that Charlie Cox, also from the Jeph Loeb-produced Netflix universe, would be reprising his role as Matt Murdock in the currently untitled third Spider-Man film. No official word from Marvel Studios has been released regarding Cox or Ritter’s involvement in any Marvel projects in development but given both character’s history in law & order, it would make perfect sense to see either character debut in She-Hulk which is expected to be a comedy centric court drama.

Are you excited to see Krysten Ritter return as Jessica Jones in the MCU? If so should we expect a new character or a continuing story arc from the Netflix series? Leave a comment below and let us know what you think.
