UPDATE: The Hollywood Reporter has reached out to Disney, who has confirmed the accuracy of Monday’s report. You can read our original post below:
In a listing for Australian theater Event Cinemas, the run-time for Captain America: Civil War may have been revealed. The theater’s website has the film’s length listed at 146 minutes, or nearly two-and-a-half hours. Marvel hasn’t confirmed the accuracy of Event Cinemas’ listing yet, but if this is true, this would make the third Captain America installment the MCU’s longest film yet, and only five minutes shorter than the other movie in the “superheroes fighting each other” genre coming out this year, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. You can take a look at the listing below, or on Event’s website here.
Captain America: Civil War hits theaters on May 6, 2016.
