There has been a lot of new recently surrounding Spider-Man: Homecoming, and after everyone raved of Tom Holland‘s performance in Captain America: Civil War, it is easy to see why stories keep coming up for his solo movie. Everyone is on a Spider-Man high right now and want to know all they can about who will appear in Spider-Man: Homecoming and what will happen. So now that there is yet another rumor regarding the plot of the movie, everyone should get their fix.

Before we get to the new information, we should warn you that this could contain SPOILERS for the film, even though most of the information, if true, will come out during marketing and official press releases. However, a while back there were rumors that Vulture would be a villain that Spidey goes up against, but now JoBlo is reporting some expanded details on his role and another villain as well. According to their sources, Vulture will not be a side villain but in fact the main villain of the film. It is also said that he will get help from The Tinkerer to build his suit, and it will have Chitauri technology incorporated with the design.

Now when Spider-Man ends up fighting either or both of these men, he will be doing so with a new addition to his suit as well. We know that Robert Downey Jr. will appear as Tony Stark, and when he does he will give Peter another piece to his suit. So far he has provided the high tech suit, a Spidey signal, and when Homecoming comes around he will also give Peter his Web Wings as well. This makes a lot of sense in terms of how he can use these enhancements to battle Vulture, but also from a marketing perspective, this allows Disney to make brand new Spider-Man toys with the Web Wings to make even more money off their golden boy.

Let us know your thoughts on using these villains and the new suit in the comments below!

Spider-Man: Homecoming is scheduled to hit theaters July 7, 2017.
