San Diego Comic-Con is underway, and Marvel news keep hitting us from all sides. With the upcoming second season of Iron Fist less than two months away, a lot of news regarding the not-so-loved Netflix show are sure to come.

In a Q&A with fans, it was revealed that Black Panther fight coordinator Clayton Barber worked in season two as a stunt coordinator. Barber said that they wanted to do ‘old school Kung Fu’ and ‘turn this thing into a punk rock song’, while also citing Jackie Chan as an inspiration for the scenes. Barber’s choice is a curious one, since Black Panther, however praised it was, was also criticized for the not-so-great-looking one on one fight scenes.

Whatever that means, it seems to be pleasing fans, since news just broke that a clip showing Danny and Davos fighting in Kun-Lun with their yellow masks was screened for the audience of the SDCC. Let’s hope Iron Fist season two gives us the show we were all waiting for when season one arrived.
