Marvel Studios sure knows how to shake up a roster of characters. Our lord and savior Kevin Feige revealed during the WandaVision presentation that a certain Monica Rambeau would be appearing in it. As of yet, nothing is known for sure about the role or how a cosmic character ties into a presumably mystical story. All we know is that she will be played by Teyonah Parris.
Parris is an actress and producer, known for Dear White People (2014), Chi-Raq (2015) and If Beale Street Could Talk (2018). Monica Rambeau first appeared in Captain Marvel (2019) and has been a long-time friend of Carol Danvers. WandaVision is set to release on DisneyPlus in the Spring of 2012.
