Throughout comics’ history, Peter Parker has donned a great many outfits. Many of them have a technological edge, such as the “Big Time” suit. In Spider-Man: Homecoming, his standard spidey suit was equipped with KAREN, an A.I. similar to JARVIS, as well as many gadgety features such as a built-in parachute and an insta-kill mode. While many (myself included) did not like the high-tech update to the typically street-level hero, others wondered what features of the suit we didn’t see.

In this leaked photo from the set of Spider-Man: Far From Home, we see a glimpse of what appears to be a stealth suit for our friendly neighborhood web-slinger. It is all black and has white eyes. My first thought upon seeing this pic was that Spidey will get infected by a certain space goo in next year’s sequel. However, as Sony seems to have a bit of an embargo on symbiote-related things, it’s safe to assume that it’s a stealth suit. However, note that there appears to be no spider logo on his chest, at least from what we can see in the picture. In any case, we won’t truly know what this photo means until the film is released on July 5 of next year.
