As we suspected yesterday (after the third piece was revealed), the big Good Morning America announcement was that the cast of Avengers: Age of Ultron will appear on Jimmy Kimmel Live on April 13th — the day after they are set to appear at the MTV Movie Awards. They will also make an appearance on Good Morning America on April 24th.

This isn’t too much of a surprise. If you’ll recall, last year, the cast of Guardians of the Galaxy made an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live to promote the film.
While it’s not a huge announcement like we’d all hoped, if it’s anything like the Guardians appearance last year, it’ll be fun to watch.
What will be interesting to see is if Marvel releases two clips back-to-back, as the cast is set to reveal an exclusive clip at the movie awards the night prior to their appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live.
As for their appearance on Good Morning America, given how close that appearance is to the release of the film, I’d have to say we should expect a clip to be shown when the cast appears on the show on April 24th.
UPDATED: The Wrap has revealed more information regarding the Jimmy Kimmel Live appearance:
Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson and Jeremy Renner will join Kimmel on April 13 for a special episode of his late-night talk show, during which the late-night host will debut never-before-seen clips from the “Avengers” sequel — one of the most highly anticipated blockbuster movie events of the year.
During the special episode, Kimmel will also split the cast up in a friendly game of “Avengers Family Feud.” Additionally, Kimmel’s “Wall of America” will allow Marvel fans from across the country to have the opportunity to be a part of the show and interact with the cast.
The episode will air April 13 at 11:35 p.m., ET/PT on ABC. “Avengers: Age of Ultron” opens in theaters May 1.
