As the new year comes into full bloom, the Marvel fans are starting to get a nice steady stream of looks at all of the new projects set to release in Phase 4. Today brings yet another one of those new looks, finally getting some new insight into one of the newly-minted Marvel TV Studios upcoming Disney+ mini-series. MCUExchange had previously reported that the upcoming Loki solo series was set to begin production in early 2020, and that report has proven true thanks to a first look at the show’s preparation for shooting, straight from lead actor Tom Hiddleston’s Instagram this morning!

Even just having this small look is a good start  as we see the show’s star beginning to practice his stunt work, ending this 6-second clip by spectacularly landing right on his face. Loki is set to follow the God of Mischief through an incredible sequence of adventures through both time and space, after his 2012 alternate reality persona stole the Tesseract during the time heist in Avengers: Endgame. The titular character is set to explore challenges and opponents he has never seen before, and even after becoming a pop culture icon already through his appearances in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the fans have been relentlessly clamoring for more stories featuring the Asgardian anti-hero. Loki is set to release in Spring 2021, and none of the fans can wait to see what new tricks Tom Hiddleston has up his magical sleeves!
